I hope wave of depression and depressing murmurs aren't too powerful for such low level controllers. I tried to minimize their damage since the effects are pretty nasty. You say "Emo ghouls get in close, using wave of depression as often" but, there is no Wave of Depression power on the Emo Ghoul stat block.
Otherwise, these look to be pretty fun to play!
Ouch. Good catch. I think I wrote the tactics before I finished the stat blocks, and the ghoul's wave of depression got replaced by don't muss the hair.
Fixed.
Wow... I just... wow. If I got killed by an Emo Monkey I'd probably have to quit roleplaying!
